Each plan is built around your current ability, lifestyle and goals - whether you're aiming to push your grade, or train with more structure and intention.

Training plans are suitable for climbers at a minimum level of: Sport Climbing 6c or bouldering V4

Self-guided training plan

Best value for money, requires strong self motivation
Monthly: £50/month (3 month minimum recommended)

 

Includes:

  • Initial consultation and assessment​

  • Full personalised 12 week training programme

  • Strength & conditioning

  • Mobility & Injury prevention work

  • Energy systems training specific to your goals

  • Weekly training structure & progression guidance.

  • Programme delivered digitally

Guided Training Plan

Best for climbers who want accountability & feedback
Monthly: £90/month (3 month minimum recommended)

Includes everything in Basic, plus:

  • Monthly programme updates via true coach app

  • Check-ins once a week via true coach app

  • Session feedback & advice

  • Adjustments based on progress via true coach app

  • Support staying consistent & motivated

Premium Training Plan

Best for performance-focused climbers
Monthly: 200/month

(3 month minimum recommended)
Includes everything in mid level plus:

  • Unlimited plan changes via true coach app

  • Climbing/training video analysis

  • 3 x 1 hour online sessions or 1 in person 2 hour session*
